Because who I am is as important to you as what I do.

I was blessed with the good fortune to be recruited into this industry as an HTML programmer and interface designer for Inlink Communications, St. Louis' first locally-owned ISP, in 1998.

In 2000 an opportunity presented itself to be part of the team that helped create GTW.NET, the Internet subsidiary of the then Software Plus. I served as their Assistant Director of Web Development and Senior Team Leader from 2000 to 2003, and in those years my teams' efforts were recognized with industry awards for–
  • Best Retail Website
  • Best Wireless Website
  • Best Community Website
  • Best Real Estate Website
  • Best B2B Website
  • Best Professional Services Website
  • Best St. Louis-Oriented Website.

I started PeaceFrog in 2004 out of purely selfish reasons. I wanted a home-based business that would allow me more flexibility as my wife and I started our family. And I wanted more control over my financial and professional destiny. I wanted to remain in the industry, but I didn't want to start a another web development company. There were plenty of them out there. Too many, really.

That's when it hit me. How do people with no experience building websites or working with the industry figure out who and what is right for them with so many options to choose from?

I found that most were (and still are) making their decision based on price point and gut instinct –they were cheap and seemed like nice people–and it was rarely going the way they had hoped.

Thus a niche was recognized, and PeaceFrog was started.

Before I got caught in the web, I served in the military as a combat engineer, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Creative Writing from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and worked in publishing as a writer, editor, production artist and project manager.

Client Testimonial

"You'd be crazy not to use Don's service. He makes it so simple. You meet with him. You meet with the web developer. You get started on your website. Boom boom boom. Simple."

Don't just think of me as your Website Consultant–think of me as your Resource Connection.

Rarely is web develpment the only need a client has when they contact me.

Sometimes they need something professional, such as a business banker or a good printer.

Sometimes they need something more personal, like a handyman or a massage therapist.

Whatever it is, please, don't hesitate to contact me to see if I know anyone. Chances are I do, or at least someone who can get you a step closer.

To borrow a phrase from my friends at eWomenNetwork, "It takes teamwork to make the dreamwork." Let's get there together!
